Today, an equipment manufacturing enterprise within the industrial zone announced the completion and acceptance of its intelligent production line renovation project. The upgrade introduced a full set of automated sorting, digital monitoring and intelligent inspection equipment while phasing out outdated, high-energy-consumption machinery. Both production efficiency and product qualification rates have been improved, with overall production capacity up by 30% and unit production energy consumption cut by 18%.

According to the enterprise’s management, a digital management platform was built alongside the technical renovation project to enable real-time visualisation of production data, allowing precise control over raw material waste and production schedules. Following the launch of this project, the company’s order-taking capacity has been greatly expanded. It is expected to create more than 50 new jobs within the year and drive coordinated development of small and micro supporting enterprises along the industrial chain.

The Industrial Park Administrative Committee stated that special subsidy policies for technical renovations will be rolled out later to encourage local traditional manufacturers to pursue digital transformation, boosting high-quality development of the regional real economy.
